Our client contacted us to develop a real-estate portal for the Thai market that was different than the others. As Hosting-Group has a long experience in developing real-estate websites, the client was confident we were up to the task.

One of the challenges we faced was to make a portal that is unique and stand out from the crowd. We worked very close with the client to develop a design mockup to visualize the site before we started development. We had to design the website for mobile and computer in mind. Important features were “near user properties” which displays properties in close proximity of the users position calculated on the fly by use of Google map. Other key features also include price history and statistics of properties split up by area and type of property.

The site also had to be in multiple languages, something Hosting-Group has more than 15-years experience in developing.
